How TradeCasa handles your information

Who this covers

This policy covers TradeCasa’s website and pilot platform for homeowners, professionals, suppliers, and visitors. “TradeCasa,” “we,” and “our” refer to the operator of tradecasa.io. For privacy questions or requests, email cr8tivhd@gmail.com. Do not send sensitive identity documents by ordinary email.

What we collect

• Account: email address, account type, password verifier, session and recovery information, and verification status.
• Projects: brief details, ZIP/city/area, budget and timing choices, photos and documents, messages, proposals, quotes, reviews, project history and activity.
• Professional profiles: business details, service areas, contact details, license or registration details where applicable, insurance evidence, portfolio media, availability, jobs and application details.
• Technical: essential session cookies, browser stored drafts and preferences, first-party traffic estimates, device category, page path, and referring domain. We do not store IP addresses, account IDs, or full referring URLs in the traffic report; security and infrastructure systems may process IP addresses to serve and protect the site.

Do not put Social Security numbers, payment card details, or unrelated sensitive personal information in briefs, messages, or uploads.

How we use it

We use information to run accounts, develop and save briefs, review professional applications and credentials, display approved profiles, match and manage requested introductions, coordinate project teams and employment listings, moderate reviews, send account and project notices when email delivery is configured, prevent abuse, and measure site use. We may use records to address disputes, enforce the terms, and comply with applicable law. We do not collect payment in the current project workflow.

When information is shared

Staff with operational access can review submissions and supporting records. A professional receives a project brief only through the relevant sharing or invitation flow; contact details become available after acceptance as shown in the product. Accepted project team members may see shared workspace details, files, proposals, and quotes. Public professional profiles, approved reviews, and job listings are visible as marked in the interface; a job listing’s application email or link may be visible to signed-in visitors. A closed or archived project stops future platform access for professionals, but it cannot erase copies already received outside TradeCasa.

We use service providers to host the platform, deliver configured account emails, and process optional AI requests. When you opt in to AI planning, the project details and answers you submit are sent to OpenAI to generate an editable draft; the app does not intentionally include account contact fields in that request, so please keep contact information out of free text. The AI request uses an API setting that asks the provider not to store the response. See Platform disclosures.

Cookies and browser storage

Essential cookies keep accounts and the interactive demo signed in. A first-party visitor cookie supports approximate traffic reporting for up to 90 days; the traffic exclusion preference cookie can last up to one year. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals prevent this traffic event from being recorded. You can also use traffic settings to exclude this browser. Drafts, shortlists, and some preferences may remain in this browser until you clear them. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in or saving drafts.

Retention and choices

Records may remain while an account or project is active and afterward when needed for operations, disputes, security, or legal obligations. An archived project remains available to the homeowner and is removed from professionals’ platform access. You can remove some uploaded files and withdraw or close some connections through the platform. To request access, correction, deletion, or help with a privacy choice, email the address above from the account email, identify the account and request, and allow us to verify ownership. Some records may need to be retained, and we will explain applicable limits. You can clear browser drafts in your browser and change traffic measurement in traffic settings.

Security, children, and changes

We use access controls and other technical measures, but no internet service is risk free. TradeCasa is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We may update this policy as the pilot changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, communicated through the account.
