Keep profiles, jobs, and reviews useful

Truthful participation
Describe real businesses, qualifications, services, project work, availability, and job opportunities accurately. Do not imply that TradeCasa verified a credential beyond the status shown. Update or remove stale details. Do not post someone else’s private contact information, discriminatory or threatening content, spam, misleading promotions, or content you lack rights to use.
Reviews and ratings
Real public professional ratings are based on customer reviews tied to confirmed completed projects. Write about your own experience, be specific and fair, and disclose a material personal or financial relationship. Do not offer or demand incentives for a positive rating, arrange fake reviews, retaliate for a negative review, or post content solely to manipulate ranking. TradeCasa may check a review against project records and remove or withhold reviews that violate these rules; moderation does not guarantee the accuracy of any remaining review. A rating is one signal, not a promise of quality. Fictional demo profiles and reviews are labeled and excluded from real ratings.
Professional profiles and portfolios
Use your own logo, photos, and work samples, or content you have permission to publish. Do not present inspiration imagery or another company’s work as your own. A completed project may be used as portfolio evidence through TradeCasa only when the homeowner grants the separate permission offered in the project record. If a credential, price, or availability changes, update your profile promptly.
Jobs and applications
Post genuine positions with the work, location, requirements, and an accurate application method. Do not request payment to apply, misstate compensation or status, or publish discriminatory requirements. Applicants should verify the business and use care before sharing sensitive documents. TradeCasa may remove listings that breach these rules.
Reports
To report a profile, review, listing, or project conduct, email cr8tivhd@gmail.com with the page or project identifier and the concern. We may request more information, restrict content during review, and take action according to the circumstances.
