Does "lifetime" mean I only pay once?
No. This is a lifetime annual-rate lock, not a one-time lifetime purchase. You pay the stated flat subscription fee each year while your qualifying founding membership remains active. Final rate-lock, cancellation and reactivation terms must be shown before enrollment.
What counts toward the first 50?
An approved, eligible professional membership confirmed by TradeCasa. Visiting this page, clicking a button, starting a form or joining the territory-update list does not claim a place. Duplicate business registrations and demo accounts do not count.
Who can join during the pilot?
General contractors and specialty professionals who qualify for the Virginia, Maryland or Washington, D.C. pilot market. TradeCasa verifies the business/service location during professional signup. Professionals outside the pilot area cannot activate a marketplace membership yet and can join the territory-update list instead.
What happens when all 50 memberships are claimed?
The Founding 50 offer closes. The page will stop advertising available founding memberships and direct new professionals to the platform's regular signup or current membership options.
Will this guarantee me leads or jobs?
No. TradeCasa helps homeowners organize a project and explore professionals. Homeowners choose whom to contact, and professionals decide which projects fit their business. No volume of introductions, jobs or revenue is promised.
Do I need to complete another signup form?
No. This page is designed to use the same professional registration and account system as the platform. Your founding status must be saved to that account by the backend after an eligible signup is completed.
